100 Bowls of Soup

I picked up some of their soups this summer when I was having dental surgery. Delicious soups, great ingredients! My favorite was the Coconut Summer Vegetable Low FODMAP soup.

A variety of take out heat and eat fresh nourishing soup made from scratch. Entire kitchen is Gluten Free and Dairy Free. Vegan and Meat options. Ingredients from local, organic farms.

Soooooo Good!! Fresh, frozen and refrigerated soups. From their website: “Are your soups and broths gluten free?Yes! All of our soups and broths are gluten free, and they are made in a gluten free kitchen.”

Celiac friendly?

As a Celiac who also has a bunch of other food allergies and chemical sensitivities, it is almost impossible to find flavorful, organic food that I can tolerate. So it was a godsend to discover 100 Bowls of Soup. Their kitchen is completely gluten, egg, and dairy free, 100% organic, and the soups are out of this world delicious! The vast majority of their soups are vegan, though they make a few meat soups and broths which are also amazing. (You'll never taste a better chicken soup!) All of the soups are so good, it's hard to pick favorites, but the carrot ginger, carrot coriander, chili, fall butternut squash, velvety beet, fire roasted red pepper, and curry lentil are top of the list for me. Everyone who works there is super nice and totally understanding of the needs of allergy-sufferers. (They even make a number of low FODMAP soups for people with IBS.) If you are looking for a healthy and healing meal made by people who really care about the ingredients they use, I can't recommend 100 Bowls highly enough.
