What a pleasure! The waitress is as knowledgeable as I am about Celiac! They had someone that worked there that had celiac and he educated everyone about it.
I had the wings. Just tell them you have Celiac and they can do it.
After we complimented the meal, the Chef came out a chatted with us about how most of their items are made in house. She knows exactly what goes into them.
They have Udi’s bread, no buns.

The people who work there are very nice and many people with celiacs in this town eat here. They have gluten free bread and can cook other items safely.

Udi's served as an optional bread & server did let me know when something I ordered was not suitable for Celiac. Food was good & portions were generous.
This place claims to have a gluten free menu, but cross contamination is a huge problem because of how bad the staff is along with the owner. I would not treat my worst enemy as deplorably as they treated my family and me. The owner was contacted about this problem and did not care. Plus, he was rude to. The whole mentality of the place was just toxic and negative people. Do not bother.
