Almost everything on the main menu can be gluten free! There are separate cooking area to prevent cross contamination and food comes out with an “Allergy” tag so there are no questions. This is our go to place when with our 3year old who was just recently diagnosed with celiac.

Entire GF menu- allergy sticks and food carried to the table by senior kitchen staff, as well as waitstaff that ask up front, and double check all allergies! Food was amazing too! BBQ Chicjen flat bread was better at other outlet, but still amazing. LoVE that they also have sweet potato fries too!

Hi! I don’t feel good about not leaving a great review, sorry! This was my go to for my allergies. I have been twice in the past few months. The food is not as good as it used to be, my order was all messed up and they seem to rush you out. Good Luck!

Specified gluten allergy. Was given a pretzel bun. They confirmed allergy on ordering and then after admitted mistake. Not the least bit apologetic, just kept acting like no big deal. Not safe to eat here!!

Our server Liz did an amazing job to ensure that all GF items were described and non gf items were separate even at the table!!!

Food is good quality and cooked from scratch. They have a dedicated fryer for GF. This may be one of the best allergy handling restaurants ever.
Good selection of food. Our server Carly was attentive and friendly.

We pretty much live here. Our kids (10 & 7) both have celiac, and we have found the menu at 110 the most accommodating. GF fryer, 90% of their menu can be or is made GF. Everyone who has waited on us has always given the utmost care to keeping our kids safe and happy. Basically, this restaurant can never close.

Always careful with gluten free, meals brought out separately

My daughter (Celiac) gets sick every time we eat here. Her food must be getting cross contaminated somehow, this last time major signs she’s been glutened stomachache, reflux, fatigue, brain fog - we won’t be able to come back unfortunately. I wanted it to be a safe option, but unfortunately it’s just not!

Great gluten free menu and the most allergy conscientious restaurant we have ever been to. Good gluten free buns and Asian noodle side salad. Overall a great experience for the whole family who is gluten green (and one dairy free). Looking forward to going back!
Melissa was our Server last night and was fantastic. The gluten free menu is huge and offers a great selection of apps, entree’s, and desserts. First question Melissa asked was “are there any allergies?”
After a number of successful outings to this restaurant, we ordered take out. My son ordered the gf chicken wings and gf pulled pork sandwhich. Within 30 minutes of eating, he was violently ill. I phoned the restaurant who said that they would look into it and get back to me. I never received a return call. I attempted to reach them, again both by phone and messaging. All messages were unreturned. We will never eat at a 110 Grill again.

Karen our server from the bar was very helpful. Block the fried pickles!
Don’t get gluten free takeout here! They sent me home with regular pasta marked gluten free. I didn’t realize until I was home and had already taken a bite.
No
Staff and kitchen were both extremely careful with GF preparation. Have eaten here several times with no issues, despite very sensitive Celiac kids.
I specifically ordered a gluten free burger to go and mentioned that I had celiac. When I picked it up, I was assured it was gluten free. When I got home, I opened it and the bun looked too real, so I called the restaurant at which point I was told that the server forgot and didn’t put it in as gluten free. Luckily I didn’t eat it, and I called before trusting it was safe and getting sick.

So amazing! Great food dedicated fryer awesome service. Very knowable and careful. I’m celiac and have never had a problem
Big selection of items. Staff is very knowledgeable. They mark your food and a manager will serve it to guarantee no cross contamination.

Very Knowledgeable and marked every allergy dish with a stick. Huge menu and dedicated fryer. Definitely will come back. 👌 Katherine was a great help

I am VERY sensitive and react to just about anything, so I am always apprehensive to try new restaurants. This is quite possibly my new favorite place! I tried the gluten free fried pickles with honey mustard and sriracha aioli: to die for!! For dinner I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. Overall my experience was amazing. I didn’t get sick which is most important!! The service was a little slow, but I think our waitress was training a new employee. Can’t wait to go back again!

Great wings! Recommend
I have been back twice since my original review and was sick before dinner was over!

let me start by saying 110 Grill is a great local chain. however, I think with the new staff, the restaurant isn't as gluten free as it should be. I've gotten sick 3 times eating here. I think it might be also because I have a soy allergy though, so they have to make all my food in a special way. I've never gotten sick at the pier locations.

98% of their menu can be made gluten free and everything is DELICIOUS! It came out quickly, the waitress was attentive but not smothering.
Yes
Excellent service! The menu is awesome!! I would highly recommend for anyone with allergies, always tell your server your food allergies. Thank you for all the options.
Yes
I love love this place! It's so nice knowing I can eat anything I want with out worrying! The manager always bring my food out too.
Yes
Ordered hamburgers and French fries. They were really busy and we were very worried that we would be served the wrong food. The manager brought the food over with allergen picks in it. I tested the Hamburg and bun in my Nima sensor and it tested gluten free! It was hands down the best hamburger we've ever eaten!

This place is amazing. Gluten free menu, with tons of options. Waitstaff very well educated. To ensure no cross contamination, the Manager delivers all gluten free dishes. The food was amazing, I can't wait to go back!
Huge menu choices!! Cannot wait to go back again to try another option.
Everything is made to order and they have a separate prep/cook area for the gluten free food.
Manager delivers GF meals, and all meals have an allergy stick in food.
Excellent selections!

Absolutely wonderful with caring for my sons gluten allergy. They have a great gluten free menu and the manager delivered his food so there was no cross contamination. The food also had a wooden stick in it that was labeled allergy. Will definitely go back! Very good food and great staff!

Finally! A place I can eat at and not worry about being glutened! Our waitress was very knowledgeable about contamination and assured me I would have a pleasant fining experience. Food was brought out by the manager and we were checked on by him during our meal.

110 Grill is the best place for a family to dine with food allergies be they one or many! 110 Grill always takes care of me, and I have Celiac's Disease plus a list of odd food allergies. They're incredible and I hope other restaurants take notice, because they're doing it right!

Awful! They failed to put the fish in my tacos. Tried to sub with guacamole. Cutting corners because they missed our online order. While their policies say they have strict allergen practices, I saw some sloppiness tonight. I will not eat here again.

I have been to other locations and always very happy here - there are so many choices it’s hard to limit myself! They also typically have very trained staff and I feel comfortable (although I always recommend double checking everything in case!)
I ordered a GF Caesar Salad, Appetizer of BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Shrimp Apricot Risotto.
They have only been open two months so the restaurant is very clean. The service though was extremely slow, it took a literal hour for our salads to come out, and our flatbread was about 15 minutes after
The flatbread was delicious and more like a bbq chicken pizza - could have been eaten as a meal w my salad!
When the risotto finally came out I was almost full but I did eat some - it was delicious and I’m taking the rest home for leftovers
The manager brought out all of the gluten free items personally, confirmed he watched over them being made, and all were identified with an allergy toothpick.
(My non-gf husband had a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. )

I don’t think there is another restaurant with multiple locations in the northeast that consistently shows extensive knowledge about food allergies and celiac disease. The Henrietta location did not disappoint. The server noted Celiac and all ordered off the GF menu. Delicious AND safe.
