1350 Distllery is one of Colorado Springs newest distilleries. It is veteran- and woman-owned and is dedicated to crafting fine spirits while honoring those who served our Country. The Minuteman Vodka and Bluejacket Rum are both made from locally or American sourced ingredients, and are excellent alone or in one of their nicely crafted drinks. Their upcoming Gin will also be totally GF. It’s a very nice, family-friendly environment. Definitely check it out!
