We stopped in while walking around the area. The shop & book store are adorable. The staff are fantastic and friendly. We got coffees and herbal teas, all were delicious. Once I realized the cafe was 100% GF and after containing my excitement, we got some cookies and muffins. Everything was delicious! I’m jealous of the locals.

If you aren’t local, it might be hard to find, as it’s in the back of a cool bookstore. There is a sign but it blends in a bit. Everyone was really friendly. The quiche was good, as was the coffee! Got cinnamon rolls to go! Prices are about what you’d expect at a dedicated GF place.

The bread was amazing. This is a must stop in this small town. Not many dedicated gluten free places in the area with a full lunch menu like this. Soups, tacos, sandwiches etc.

The owners family has celiac and there are no gluten items in the place.

The location is in the back of a used bookstore and craft shop off Main Street downtown Seymour.

Everything was gluten free and our meals were delicious. I had quiche and my husband had the ultimate grilled cheese. Everything was crispy. Great service!

Everything is gluten free! I got a sandwich, donuts and FRIED PICKLES :) ask for what else isn’t on their menu they have a bunch of things! Great service too!

100% gluten free! Really cute place and yummy food. My daughter has celiacs and was able to choose anything. It was awesome! The brownies are fudgie and delicious and the sandwiches are really good!! Thankful we found this place during our travels.

Delicious food and coffee. Loved the coffee cake and muffins. Sandwich bread was best I’ve had in 16 years of being GF! Go visit and get one of everything!
