Email from food service supervisor: Yes, we can accommodate gluten free meals for guests with celiac. All our staff are trained on preparing meals for guests with allergies and we regularly follow procedure to prevent cross-contact of allergen containing items with items that do not contain that allergen. We also have a fryer that is dedicated to frying gluten free ingredients.
