Their gluten free bun was very good! Our waitress assured me that there is no possibility of contamination. The cooks are very good about gluten intolerances and celiac. She said that when they see a gluten free but they change their gloves, do everything at a different station, and even cook the side on a separate grill/tray/whatever. I had a tummy ache afterwards but it didn’t last long. I’m still figuring out my stomach issues, so I am assuming it wasn’t because of gluten.
