MOT GLUTEN FREE! We sat at the bar overlooking the cooking area. It was a mess. Bread crumbs everywhere, even on the dishes. When I spoke to the waiter, he said: gluten free! Who told you that?! I got a pre-prepared takeout salad.

Waitress acted like I was a nut when I asked for gluten free options. I got a burger with no bun, but was really limited because she absolutely had no interest in finding out about sauces, etc

Staff was decently knowledgeable and was nice about it, I got a burger with no bun (they cook burgers on separate surface from buns), it was good. Shared fryer so no fries, and for some reason the waiter was unsure about the mashed potatoes, so I had a side salad.

Absolutely delicious bun- less burger and fries!! Great service and tasty food.

This airport has a dearth of GF options, but I am TRYING this place. Nothing on the menu is marked as GF but they have a couple of naturally GF options on the breakfast menu. I’ll update if I get sick!
