I have celiac disease and have never had a problem with their pizzas here. They are prepared separate to avoid cross contamination and their pizza oven doesn’t use fans (which typically blows flour around).

2 Ton Tony's Pizza offers a Gluten-free pizza for their customers. With many fresh toppings to choose from and the ability to seperate the kitchen for Celiac pizza. The best thing about 2 Ton Tony's is the old school pizza ovens without blower fans inside them. Many pizza places have ovens with fans inside them and this can greatly increase exposure to cross contamination with flour.
