They do not have a dedicated fryer but our waiter was knowledgeable about Celiac. The crispy Brussel sprouts are pan fried so they were safe and delicious! I also had the harvest kale salad and a lettuce wrapped burger. They had the option of a GF bun as well but I didn’t try it. Didn’t have any issues!

The fries and wings have a gf next to them in the menu but the server told us they contaminate them in the fryer. They were out of the gf meatballs and the salad was frozen and wilted....be sure to go to Squaw with your own meals if you are sensitive with the gluten.

I have been going here for 17 years, way before I knew I was celiac. I am extremely sensitive as a celiac and this place was able to accommodate me. They have items marked gf on the menu but feel free to ask.
