I’m not sure about cross contamination here, but they do have gf pizza dough and it was fantastic. The guy working was super friendly and it was an enjoyable experience.

They carry New Cascadia bagette for hoagie options, and they have gluten free pasta. The chicken balls are the only gf ball option, but they're delicious
