Most of the menu was naturally gluten free, so it was unlabeled. The staff was great at answering my questions. They had a dedicated fryer and everything that went into it (chicken tenders, French fries) was gf. My son had a gf hot dog on a gf bun with a side of fries. He was in heaven. The only thing they couldn’t do gf were the pasta dishes. The restaurant and kitchen itself were sparkling clean, which gave me additional confidence in their attention to detail with the food prep. My husband, who is not gf but is newly lactose intolerant, ordered a meatball sub and asked for it without cheese on top. Instead of just taking his request at face value, the cook came out and asked if it was allergy or preference. My husband said both, and the cook shared that the meatballs had cheese inside them. We all felt very safe and cared for! Bonus: the food was also delicious!
