This is my goto Mexican restaurant. Had good luck getting most anything gluten free. Taste is excellent. There are different locations for 3 Margaritas and I've always found the management of this one responsive to gluten free requests. Favorites include Carne Asada, Super Nachos, Expresso Burrito, and Pollo Con Crema.

Of I could give it 0* I would. The waitress said nothing was GF. Even though online it says much different. Took us over 15 min to get drinks before that. She didn’t care at all. My husband said “let’s go, this isn’t safe for you.” I told the hostess and she said manager was out, i called multiple times. No call back. They obviously don’t care about their patrons.

Staff understands celiac and gluten allergies - they have a good selection of options that are gluten free. Their tomatillo sauce is 100% gf. We eat here regularly bc the staff takes time to understand and suggest options. Feel very safe here.

Management sold the gluten free items very well. Said 90 percent of the menu is now gluten free and they will fry chips in separate oil to make gluten free. The food was mediocre at best, no flavor and they charged me $2/per shrimp extra and they were barely the size of a quarter. I will not recommend or choose this chain in the future.
Very knowledgable staff, they do not have a separate GF menu but will tell you exactly what you are able to have. Even switched sauces for me so I could have the enchiladas. Delicious and will be back!
No star rating as I couldn’t eat here apparently they no long keep corn shells away from flour. Said only thing safe for celiac is salads

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and could tell me what items had flour/gluten, and what did not. Only 4 stars because I do not know if they use separate utensils or pans, etc. I was able to have shredded beef enchiladas, but substituting green tomatillo sauce instead of red enchilada sauce. Also had refried beans, rice, and chips. I did not have any cross-contamination issues.
