Hands down the 2nd worst experience we’ve ever had in a restaurant across the entire US (and that’s saying a lot since the worst experience was Panera - which was understandably bad given it’s a bread chain). The gluten-free bread at 3 Monkeys is inedible. The staff is unfamiliar with gluten-free and impatient when asked. No dedicated fryer and no true GF options on the menu - not even the nachos are GF.

GF omelets and mimosas make for a great brunch. No dedicated fryer, however, so had to skip the potatoes.The lump crab omelet was INCREDIBLE. The only reason I couldn't give five stars was the fryer.
