I know this either has crazy cross contamination or actual gluten the staff is unaware off. I would get immediately sick while at the restaurant the few times I went.

I had the pollo hawaiano without cheese and it was delicious!! The chips are made of corn and the salsa is tasty. I was told the queso (blanco) is absolutely delicious too. The language barrier is present but they are sure to try to help you as much as they can.

Language barrier is definitely an issue but my husband and I are both gluten sensitive and have never had an issue. My favorite is the pork tamales with verde sauce instead of the chili con carne. My husband’s favorite dish is the Chile Colorado. We haven’t had a reaction from the queso, salsa, beans, or rice. We love this place. Authentic Mexican, NOT Tex/Mex
I was told the queso is made from milk and cheese. I had the enchiladas Verdes and loved it! I will say their language barrier is a little hard to deal with. They didn’t quite understand gluten free so definitely go in with a good basic knowledge of what you can have.
