I went there twice but still have some suspicion. I got the Pad Thai both times. The staff told me that everything but the curry could be made gluten free. They said they would wash the dishes and watch for cross contamination. Within 30 minutes both times I was extremely bloated. The brown sauce they claim to be gluten free has regular soy sauce as well as a few other dishes. The food was phenomenal but I wouldn’t recommend for someone with Celiac.
