Dedicated scoops, rinse basins & shake machines. They offer GF cones, brownies and whoopie pies. All toppings are GF!! They have a scale to weigh in grams and provide carbohydrate counts!! Best service and they make it easy for a family with Celiac and T1D to enjoy an ice cream outing. The Hershey brand ice cream is delicious as well. Highly recommended.

This has become our favorite place to go for a treat! The owner is so kind and knowledgeable and has personal family experience with celiac disease. They have a few non-GF flavors and cones but they’re kept separate and handled with different equipment/gloves/etc. They have such a fun variety of GF ice cream flavors, whoopie pies, cones, and a ton of baking mixes and other things for sale. I have nothing but positive things to say about 4C - it’s a must-visit for anyone in the area!

We found this place using this APP actually. It deserves every 5 star rating. Dedicated counters and toppings and scoops/utensils and blenders. Tons of gluten free icecream, Including brownie or Oreo sundaes! They have gluten free freezer items also. They change gloves if they ever work with something not gluten free. They cater to type 1 diabetics as well! They know all about cross Contamination and it’s also DELICIOUS. 100% worth trying… and retrying!

This is an AMAZING establishment! All gluten free flavors, gluten free cookies, cones, toppings. You name it, they've got it! My son enjoyed a chocolate chip whoopee pie with superman icecream and couldn't stop raving about how cool it was to eat an ice cream sandwich and try samples. My son is so happy to have a safe gluten free ice cream shop to eat at! From GF cones, to GF cookies, he gets to have whatever he wants. The owners are amazing, making sure all GF orders are prepared in a separate space, and serve every scoop with a smile. The customer service is top notch!! I had a wonderful experience. They just opened serving Hershey’s ice cream. The establishment isn’t 100% gf but the owners’ daughter is Celiac with Type 1 Diabetes so they definitely know what’s what and have trained all employees about cross contamination and why it’s such a big deal. There were even posters on the wall about the two autoimmune diseases: I felt so normal eating my ice cream cone in a cute little shop.

The proprietor who served me was quickly able to tell me how many carbohydrates were in my scoop and cone when I asked in case that’s a bonus for anyone else.

I will definitely be back.
