We ate here twice while on a three day trip to San Antonio. Everything is gluten free. I hadn't had a kolache in 8 years. It was as good as I remembered!

DELICIOUS! Lots of options that all sound delicious. We tried the butter coffee, chai latte, rise and shine breakfast bowl, chocolate almond waffles (on special), cinnamon muffin, and Snicker doodle cookie. It was all WONDERFUL! ❤ We will be back to try more for sure!

Update! Came back and tried the tostadas, lamb melt, pumpkin bundt and Bourbon bundt cakes. All of it was very delicious and I would eat them again, except the bourbon bundt was very dry and crumbly.

The lamb melt... OMG. DELICIOUS.

Everything on the menu 100% gluten free! I got the BLT and my mom got the banana/pecan pancakes. Both were amazing- the bread was delicious and did not crumble and fall apart like GF bread normally does. Also got some slices of cake to go- it was amazing. Highly recommend!

We had breakfast here a couple of years ago and over it. We're back in San Antonio for a few days and had to come back for another breakfast. If anything, the food was even better. The pecan pancakes are marvelous! We will definitely come back the next time we come to town.

We love this place!! They are very knowledgeable about allergies. I mentioned my hesitancy at bringing my cashew allergy daughter, since they serve cashew cream. The chef assured me that they would follow good allergy procedures and cook her something off the line in a separate area with clean tools. That’s very reassuring!! Try the Ho-Ho cake!! It’s amazing!! Vegan, paleo, and keto options as well.

What a treat to have some delicious, not healthy, food. It’s been years since I had fried chicken and I can hardly wait to go back. Since I have to eat healthy all the time it’s a real treat to have some regular food. Frittata and waffles also delicious! Looking forward to trying more.

AMAZING! I had the S.A. stack and the BLT. They have fried chicken on Saturdays and I didn't know so there's a heads up ;) I will definitely go back if I'm in the area

Went again 1-25-19 and 1-26-19 and it was still yummy. I recommend the breakfast

Went again 7-26-19 and 7-27-19 and it was still so good. Chicken and waffles, cherry berry waffle, and lamb melt with side salad was all amazing!

We were in San Antonio for a wedding and arrived early in the morning. I am gluten intolerant, egg sensitive and eat vegetarian so my options are usually limited for breakfast. I was very excited to find this place since everything is gluten free. We all enjoyed our meal here. So much that today, our last day in town, we came back for coffee and dessert. My finance loved the coffee so much that we bought some to take home. The staff is super friendly, the decor is adorable and there is inside and outside seating. They told us the Element kombucha was made down the street so we went over there and got a tour of their facility and bought several bottles to go. We will definitely be eating here again when we are back in town.

Love this place! First time there, had their egg and bacon biscuit and had to try their pancakes. The biscuit was a dream, Red Lobster biscuits move over. And the pancake was absolutely delicious. My husband had the egg plate. I don't care for black beans nor had I ever eaten sweet potato but these were so good I helped my husband finish them. I did not need to eat the rest of the day, lol. Making a small detour this weekend just to get that breakfast again and hopefully get extra biscuits to have on the road.

Entirely gluten-free restaurant! You order at the front then they bring it to you. I had the paleo bowl with chicken & my husband had the barbacoa bowl. Both were very flavorful & delicious. My husband is very picky & raved about it. They also have some baked goods / treats as well. 1 point off review for no labeling on their baked goods. Would be nice to know what they are made from. Had to ask a lot of questions. (I am also dairy, soy & mostly grain-free as well.) They had one paleo dessert, a chocolate torte, which was amazing. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic Gluten Free food. Breakfast is served all day. Parking in the lot or on the street. Many places to sit inside and outside. You order at the front counter and receive a order number to put on your table. The food runners will bring the food to your table. You self serve for your silverware and water. The food was fantastic and the servings were large. We had Fiesta Tostadas and Lamb Melt. We were full but still shared a piece of Carrot Cake which was a great choice !

This place is an oasis for Celiacs. I travel often and it is rare (even in big cities) to find dedicated gluten free facilities. This place was so good I went multiple times during my 4 day work trip. Not only is if GF, but they offer great vegetarian and vegan options too. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is great, and honestly any wait you might have to endure is definitely worth it. (As a note, I get so anxious eating out and constantly worry about getting sick. Had absolutely zero issues at this restaurant.)

I got glutened. I couldn’t believe it either. They advertise as a 100% gluten free kitchen, and I had been there about a dozen times before. I got my food to go, and there is no way I had caused cross contamination, so it had to be something in the food. I get very specific symptoms when I get glutened, so I knew that was what happened. So, I called the restaurant and spoke to the head baker (the only person who was available, and also happens to have Celiac). I wanted to warn them that something was going on in their kitchen to make sure this didn’t happen to anyone else. I found out they had just changed their corn tostadas to a different kind, and “they” (the distributor?) told them they would be fine, which she “had kind of wondered about when they said that.” Well, I guess I got to be the guinea pig, and no, they aren’t safe. And although they apologized, I was concerned they don’t seem to be focused on being truly gluten free. I was told that 98% of their customers don’t need celiac safe gluten free—it almost felt like an excuse. My feeling on that is—then don’t advertise yourself as 100% gluten free kitchen if you’re not going to be more careful about your ingredients. I won’t feel safe going back here.

Visited this great restaurant today and was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. At first the small parking lot made me nervous but my husband convinced me to give it a try and I’m so glad we did. This place is life changing amazing. The whole menu is gluten free and the food is phenomenal. I had the frenchie citron (French toast with lemon curd) it was light and perfectly balanced. It came with eggs and bacon. We sat at the counter and watched all the other food and I kept second guessing my choice because the food looked so good.

The waffles are to die for, the bacon and eggs are of great quality, their greens and vinaigrette is crazy delicious and they have fried chicken! Yes fried! Crunchy chicken! And its delicious! Also if they have their lemon sugar cookie get it! The lemon is tart and balances perfectly with the sugar cookie! I am in love with this place. Also the biscuits and gravy are heaven.

These guys are awesome! My mom has celiac disease and I’m gluten intolerant so we tried this place a little outside of downtown a bit skeptically. Boy did they win us over! We ended up eating breakfast here 3 days in a row. They have a dedicated GF kitchen and are extremely accommodating about modifying ingredients. Oh and did I mention the food was delicious? (Blueberry pancakes!)
