I placed an order via Uber Eats and then called to make a note of my allergy, as I had done previously. Unlike the last time I called in, I was told that they could not accommodate my allergy, so I asked to cancel the order. They said I would have to cancel through Uber Eats, which did not refund my order even though this all happened within 5 minutes of placing it. I essentially donated $50 to 5 Thai for food I didn't get.
