Nothing about this kitchen (which is wide open btw) is celiac safe. Do they have a dedicated fryer? Sure! Does the cook in the back cut bread, use a towel to wipe of the knife, carry it over to wipe off every other surface and the bread crumbs? Yep! Then reach into seasoning with the same ungloved and unwashed hands to season my fries and their “gf” batter? YEP! My thumb would be tired if I typed all of the things that make this place COMPLETELY UNSAFE.
