Have spoken with the owners. They are incredibly careful about cross contamination. Their cakes are stunning, and tasty. They can do DF as well. My husband can't get enough of their GF peanut butter cookies.

Great experience for GF pastries, muffins, cookies and more. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Lemon bars, chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies are the best. So nice to eat fun things and not get sick. Options for non GF peeps also.

This bakery was such a great surprise! They have GF and dairy free offerings. The afternoon that I visited, their GF offerings were chocolate muffins, brownies (I was told they could do DF frosting on top), rice krispy treats, and chocolate chip cookies. I was told they normally have lemon bars that are GF as well, and can do cakes/cupcakes if ordered in advance. I got a GF chocolate chip cookie and it was delicious, obviously fresh, and well priced ($1.50 for a large, thick cookie)!

No reaction whatsoever! I met another customer in there as well who said she gets GF treats from them all the time and has never had a reaction.

509 is a wonderful little bakery in Cle Elum. Half of its menu is GF and DF (I need both). They also supply the GF/DF goodies to Stellas. They are only open for retail on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Great customer service and wonderful food. It is only takeout. I have had their chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, pumpkin muffin, chocolate muffin, fruit crumble, brownie, Rice Krispies treat, and lemon bar. All of it is good!
