Review of 518 Grille

After reading positive reviews I decided to try this place. We arrived for lunch and I asked for a gluten free menu. They dont offer one. The server told me i could eat anything that did not contain "yeast" rather than wheat. Already turned off but decided to stick it out i ordered a burger and ice tea. They claim to have a dedicated gf fryer but i chose fruit on the side.The ice tea was warm and watered down-no ice. I asked the server to make sure the thousand island dressing on the burger was gluten free and she told me there is never any gluten in dressings (with an annoyed face). My burger came and was supposed to be medium but instead was black and burnt and had a weird taste. I must have had a gf role because it was still slightly frozen in the center and fell apart while eating it. The fruit salad was obviously bought at the market next door. Nothing tasted fresh! My daughter who does not have celiac disliked her food as well. Gluten free or not this is horrible food and crappy service as the servers seemed more interested in texting . The only upside is i did not get sick!!!
