Review of 518 Grille

Only the fries and wings are gluten feee with a dedicated fryer. No special menu leaves you Leary of the sauces being gluten free. The salad was generous but arrived with croutons on top. I highly suspect the croutons were removed rather than a fresh salad made based on the time in the kitchen. The blue cheese dressing is homemade and very good. The wings were, as others have said, overcooked. The mild is not hot but had a nice tang. My grandson didn't like the overly crisp skin. He didn't eat one. The fries were homemade and very squishy on the inside which we like. They could have used some salt. They disappeared. The pasta with meatballs (for a non celiac diner) was generous and good. We took most of it home. The waitress was very kind and tried to accommodate us. But for a Saturday night, there was only one other table. I can't recommend this restaurant.
