Review of 5280 Burger Bar

Food was delicious. Unfortunately, I got glutened. I was assured that fries used separate fryers and burgers were gluten free, as were all sauces. I ordered with instruction from the waiter, and I saw they marked “gluten allergy” on my ticket. And still, I am sick. Beware of cross-contamination in this kitchen.
