We tested the gluten free pizza with Nima . It tested positive for gluten found . High level of cross contamination. Would NOT recommend for celiac .

I have eaten here twice and not gotten sick. They have a gf cauliflower crust, and all the pizza toppings are gf except sausage and meatballs. They also have ciders and gf sangria. All the staff I have spoken to are very well trained, and the kitchen works to keep food separate. A bit pricey, but good food.

The staff is very well trained with GF AND vegan options. The gluten free crust is amazing. It’s hard to believe how close it is to their regular pizzas.
Ingredients are fresh and I prefer this location. Unfortunately NOT a fan of the gluten-free crust. Hard and bland... easily gets burnt.
I have Celiac and I'm allergic to dairy - a fun combo! There is a bartender at the 575 on Hillside who is also gluten-free and she is always super helpful! They have GF bruschetta and desserts, and even have GF/DF pizza, making this one of my top-5 GF haunts in AMA.
