Made a reservation for the igloo and was called the day of to be forewarned they were running a limited menu. I mentioned I was gluten free and they took the time to check with the chicken and then let me know what items would be safe.

On arrival I double checked with the host who checked with the kitchen again as well as our server. I felt as though everyone was knowledgeable as well as very friendly and accommodating. While the menu was more limited then usual I still had plenty of options.
