7 Brew Coffee

I went to the new 7 Brew Coffee on S 56th St in Lincoln and asked about gluten & wheat free. Overall sounds pretty safe, especially compared to many other coffee places. The only drink ingredient that wouldn’t be safe is the toasted marshmallow syrup (contains gluten). All milk substitutes are gluten free (the photo cut off but it is oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk). No need to request a change in pitcher or anything, as they already rinse the pitchers between each drink. I got an eggnog shake and it is delicious! Overall very impressed with the drink selection, safety, and kindness & knowledge of the staff member who helped me.
