Very knowledgeable, also extremely polite. The best burger and fries , they do have a dedicated fryer I highly recommend.

Seven Monks is one of those truly rare places that pleases both GF and non-GF individuals to the same degree. I am regularly recommending it to others when we have a mixed party, and always walk out beyond satisfied. The apps and meals are second to none and everything safe is either marked or the staff fully knows.

I’m celiac. I had the sweet potato fries and regular fries (in the dedicated gluten free frier) and didn’t get sick. Sweet potato fries were delicious. Shoestring fries were good enough. :)

Loveeee this place. Amazing burger (smash burger) and the fries were to die for (dedicated gf fryer) !! Also delicious Brewery Nyx blonde beer. Great service too :)

If you’re GF and/or a celiac and you don’t come here, you might cry! Their greasy spoon double smash burger with shoestring fries is FANTASTIC! I get the fried egg on mine too. They also have a GF bun. The servers are knowledgeable and excellent. A MUST get if you’re in GR. I’ma sensitive Celiac. I’ve eaten here at least three times and have never gotten sick. I inquired and they listened! They have added Brewery Nyx beer (in the cans) to their bar!

I’m an out of towner, went after an event at Van Andel. They said they wouldn’t consider themselves “gluten free” but offer gf buns and have a dedicated fryer. We got a burger and a modified chicken sandwich (grilled, not fried.) Everything was so good, I keep craving it! Celiac family, didn’t get sick.

Delicious burgers, gf buns (+$2) and shoestring fries in a dedicated fryer! While they don't have gf beer they do have gf cider and mead :)
