The gluten free pizza is made with no measures to avoid cross contamination - they refused to serve after asking if it was an allergy.. We went to Umami burgers instead
This place NEVER has gluten free or salads!
They offer gluten free pizza bases however they cook the pizza in the same ovens as the regular. They "clean out" the oven if you ask but they only brush it. No guarantee that they remove all gluten/ wheat.
They make their own crust. They asked if we have an allergy and then washed their hands, changed gloves, and cleaned their space. They used separate cooking items for our pizza. It was probably the best GF pizza I have had.
Probably not safe for Celiacs. Ok for gluten sensitive diners. Staff members change gloves when handling GF pizza and use a separate pizza pan. They cook all pizzas in the same oven. GF Pizza is thin crust.
NOT Celiac friendly lots of flour floating in the air. I am not a Celiac and not super picky about pizza but this was the worst pizza crust I have ever had. My topping slid off the flavorless and textureless crust.

While I guess you can't say it's celiac friendly, they will take every measure they can to prevent cc. It is the same oven but they clean it off and wipe it down before they put your crust in. I have celiac and I didn't get sick. And my god this pizza was amazing. It tastes like the gf pizza in Italy! I'm going back for sure!!
No
Definitely NOT celiac friendly. The pizza is made in the same oven as the regular pizzas. The tomato sauce used for the gluten free and regular pizzas with the same spoon. And so on.. can't say it's even gluten free
