Stay away from the burgers! They have GF buns but must toast them on the same surface as the regular buns…I got sick from the burger even though I ordered a GF bun without fries. Fryer is not safe. They have a limited lunch menu, so the only thing good for a GF lunch here is a salad. I did order the same salad two days in a row and did not get sick, but I didn’t get full either…With added protein it end up being a disappointing $40 salad.

Got glutenized- even after telling waitress I had a gluten allergy, verifying the burger bun was gluten free with server and checking again. After I sent it back, the manager brought a new burger with fries- which were not gluten free.

Almost all of the menu is gluten-free or available Gluten-free both for breakfast and dinner. They’re very aware about cross-contamination and do an excellent job.

Very pleasant experience. Our son has celiac and we found many GF options for him. Would recommend.

Have been dining here for years but my son and I ate there tonight and I asked for a side of edamame since they had no vegetables available with the kids entrees (besides fries which we couldn’t eat). Was charged $8 despite my asking the waiter if they were soaking in soy sauce (they were to his surprise).. He was surprised and said he put Celiac on our ticket and he said he was gluten intolerant as well. Very disappointed- we will both be sick in the next few hours. There were no chicken fingers options that are celiac safe unlike another review I read on this app.

Every time we visit the Vail Valley, we eat at 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill. The staff caters extraordinarily well with our food allergies. The service is always good. The food is made with care and the highest quality ingredients. Our son loves the gluten free chicken tenders. My husband loves the gluten free bread. I love that the service team provides me with alternatives as part of my meal when they know I cannot have a food that ordinarily comes with the main course. We always enjoy our meals here and have never gotten sick. Highly recommend!
