Mir wurde vom ich nehme an, es war der Chefkellner versichert, dass die glutenfreie Pasta in einem Extra Bereich und in einem Extra Topf zubereitet wird und ein Extra Sieb benutzt wird. Der Küche und der Kellnerin wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich Zöliakie habe, und daher ganz besondere Vorsicht geboten ist. Mir wurde auf der Karte gezeigt unter welche Pastasossen ich auswählen kann und was ansonsten noch glutenfrei ist. Leider kann ich mich nicht erinnern, ob die Allergene auch auf der Karte gekennzeichnet waren, ich habe mich direkt mit dem Kellner besprochen. Übrigens, glutenfreie Pizza, kann nicht angeboten werden, wurde mir gesagt. Das ist für uns Zölis nicht schlimm. Jedenfalls, wäre ich mit einem einzigen sicheren Angebot schon zufrieden. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Problematik der Kontamination mit Brot -

und Pizzakrümeln und Mehlstäube an den Kochbestecken und Händen, in der Küche und bei der Zubreitung bekannt ist. Jedenfalls, hatte ich dann sehr leckere Fusilli mit der besten Bolognese, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Ohne Übertreibung. Ich kann eine Bolognese auch lecker zubereiten, aber das war ein Träumchen mit einem Hauch von einem grünen Basilikumöl. Ein echter Genuss. Ich hatte keinerlei Beschwerden bzw. Schmerzen, Erbrechen oder anderes Schlimmes, nach dem Verzehr. Das Personal war sehr freundlich ... und ich sehr glücklich.

Buzzy restaurant with lovely terrace. Most pasta dishes could be gluten free and a few other main courses. Allergens listed by number on menu but with no key! Food was delicious if pricey and slow service.

Delicious pasta, lovely location. Had the clam sauce with the GF fusilli. Was delicious and I didn't get sick.
