Staff is accommodating and can answer questions about gluten free. Fresh ingredients are used and burger is hand pressed from ground beef. I got a lettuce wrapped burger and it came with actual green lettuce and not just iceberg lettuce. Fries are fried in a dedicated fryer and are just potatoes and soybean oil (check with staff in case this changes between visits). I’m really sensitive to gluten and dairy cross contamination and felt great after eating here. Food was delicious!
