Review of 9 Style Sushi

I have eaten at 9 style sushi for several years. I have gotten glutened before, but it was a long time ago. Once I explained about gluten free, they were extra careful. Because I have been going so long, I know what is gluten free and what is not. I usually get a veggie roll, tuna rolls, yellow tail rolls, or the Tracy salmon lemon roll (which I modified so many times, they gave it a name in their system. It's not on the menu, but you can ask for it. It's tuna and salmon instead of the crab, and no onion, I think, which was just preference for me.)
