I feel there is some risk eating here as a celiac and I got a more "gluten-friendly" vibe, simply from the fact that there's no separate menu or allergen statement. I didn't ask too many questions as it was a bit chaotic and loud. There is no gluten-free menu, but the server specified that some dishes were gluten-free. I did not check if they have a dedicated fryer, but I did not eat anything fried. I ordered the Ropa Vieja, which did come out in it's own mini-pan, so that made me more comfortable. Food tasted fine. If I were to eat there again, I'd ask a lot more questions to feel comfortable, but I'm sure some options might be relatively safe, such as mine.
