We stayed the Hotel Drover and ate breakfast at 98 West. The waiter was super knowledgeable about cross contamination and what could be made gluten free. I got the breakfast tostadas which were naturally gluten free. They had a few other options on the menu. The breakfast potatoes could be subbed with fruit due to cross contamination and they also had gluten free toast.

Waiter knew exactly what celiac disease and described what was cross contaminated and what wasn’t. They had a gluten free bun that tasted great and I did not feel sick after.
