Gluten free pancakes! Need I say more? Great place in Salina. Service is good too. Special gluten free options are clearly labeled on menu.

Great food! I was so happy to find diner style food that I could have while traveling through. We stopped on the way out to Denver and on the way back. I was a little disappointed they didn't have gluten-free buns for their burgers, but the bread is fabulous. French toast was wonderful. Portions were huge! I will certainly make this a stop when traveling through. Service was wonderful, too!

Ordered the breakfast and loved it. The staff was kind and very accommodating.

No one else in Salina serves gluten free pancakes or hamburgers with buns! Highly recommend! Delicious food!
