Review of A-Fusion Food & Drinks

This was the best sushi experience we've ever had! We were provided with a seperate gluten-free menu and were amazed by how many options were available. We were able to order throughout the menu, appetizers, dumplings, and many sushi and nigiri choices. We were also provided with gluten-free soy sauce. The staff was knowledgeable and confirmed the gluten-free dishes to ease our nerves. Including the gluten-free teriyaki sauce on the nigiri.

Dishes we ordered. All were amazing! Golden Har Kau - steamed shrimp.dumpling with edible gold leaf Steamed scallop with garlic and vermicelli (2 piece) Grilled prawns with coconut curry best curry sauce we ever had, we ate every bite of that sauce. Spicy dynamite roll Spicy tuna roll Flame torched salmon nigiri with mayo Flame torched ribeye nigiri with truffle Torched scallop nigiri with Wasabi

We will be going back to try the gluten-free fried rice and torched Ribeye foie gras nigiri
