In fairness, we decided to pass. When we asked about their kitchen practices to avoid cross contamination the owner was honest and said they have no dedicated anything in the kitchen...that spatulas, tongs, etc are used on all orders so this place would be a nightmare for anyone who truly has Celiac. I applaud the owner's honesty and the menu looked wonderful, with little GF marks by many dishes, but the fact is that with their "very small kitchen" as he put it and their self-described lack of ANY attentiveness to the dangers of cross contamination, this could be a real, legitimate danger to anyone who is truly at the Celiac level of gluten intolerance.
