They no longer offer a buffet and if you have any dietary restrictions, you need to notify them at least 48 hours in advance. I was not aware of this policy since it wasn’t stated anywhere. I informed them when I arrived and was given the vegetarian foods and something definitely had gluten. Another guest who also had dietary restrictions about what meat he could eat ended up getting meat he could not eat.

The staff was very helpful and let me go first to the buffet to avoid cross contamination. The GF options were clearly marked and easy to find. So much of the food was gluten free I was shocked! No gluten free dessert besides fruit, but I was full from everything else anyways. The show was great as well!

The staff was knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t have. They also had every food dish labeled if it was gluten free or dairy free or vegetarian. The show was fantastic. This was the only place that I talked to that could guarantee there were gluten free options. Definitely worth the money to be able to experience a luau. Only downside was there was no gluten free dessert.
One of the reasons we chose this luau was because they had the gluten free dishes listed on the website and I was not disappointed. Everything on the buffet was clearly labeled (GF, dairy free, or vegetarian) and the choices were plentiful. Salads, fruit, rice, pork, chicken, ribs — it was so nice to eat like a regular person instead of having a sad GF meal like a plain salad or plate of steamed broccoli. My only complaint was that the website listed the flan as gluten free but it didn’t have a GF label so I didn’t risk it.
