Very tasty pizza! Have gone several times now with no issues. They do use proper precautions, changing gloves, etc.

What's amazing about Abella Pizza is that their gluten free pizza comes in a normal size (GF pies from other places are always teeny tiny and pricey). The GF crust will run you about $5 extra but it's the closest to a regular (very delicious) pizza I've ever had. I can't speak too much about their cross-contamination processes but I've never gotten sick here and I eat at Abella probably once a week!

This is one of my favorite places to get GG pizza in Tacoma. They use a flour blend for crust instead of relying on cauliflower like a lot of restaurants. I've never gotten sick from this place. All their pizzas are available with GF crust .

Great gf pizza crust, and they have dairy-free cheese as well. The staff were friendly and seemed to understand that they needed to be careful about cross-contamination. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive (and extra for gf), but I would say it's worth it.
