I was nervous going into my meal, due to a lack of celiac reviews, so I just ordered plain cheese, cured meat, and fruit. By the end of the meal, I felt safe enough to try their delicious homemade ice cream. Our server, Amanda, was so attentive, understanding, and well informed. She was familiar with celiac, but encouraged me to keep telling restaurants I have a severe allergy — as we know, many don’t know what celiac is. She also mentioned that they have two fryers for GF vs G foods. I’m only giving 3/5 stars for safety because I didn’t get to test it out myself this time, and it’s a shared kitchen, but I’ll update if I go again!
