Absolute Noodle and Sushi Bar

On the phone, I was assured they can prepare gf sushi separately to avoid cross contact, but our waitress when I was there said they couldn’t do that because they were “too busy.” However I got the pad thai gf and didn’t get sick.

Came in for a late lunch. Ambiance was cute, service was great, food came out quickly and there were a ton of gluten free options to choose from. They were indicated on the menu and they carried gluten free soy sauce. Fully enjoyed it!
