There are several marked gluten free items on the menu (appetizers, entrees, pasta and dessert). When I asked about the gluten free protocol the server asked immediately if I had celiac and explained that they make the pasta in house and use the same machine for their regular and GF pasta and that they have stringent sanitization, but can’t guarantee 100% gf. I was very reassured by his knowledgeability and he let me know that our food would take a while due to sanitizing the equipment. It did, but it was so worth it! Absolutely delicious.
