Stopped for dinner on NYE and had the beef & broccoli (GF) and non-GF Peking Duck ramen. An extensive GF menu (attached here) but many items are labeled as not celiac safe; the waitress couldn't give us much information as to why that was the case. Lovely place & better to have a GF menu than not one at all, though!

They have an individual frier for Celiac guests for their wings and other non breaded fried items. They also offer rice noodles for Ramen, and have gluten free soy sauce available. The servers were knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity and the degrees of severity.
