Cross contamination risk is likely. Ordered a salad that was deemed on the menu gluten safe to go. Got back and found pieces of croutons in the salad. Kitchen staff does not use separate utensils for GF and Non-GF foods.

All 3 BBQ sauces are GF. The ribs are perfect! Choice of several GF sides. Brisket was a little dry.
