Review of Acova

I had time for one meal in Denver and chose Acova. It was the best restaurant experience of my life — from the safety, to the ambiance of the beautiful outdoor patio, to the amazing food. Coming in, I asked the host about gluten-free safety and he said that almost everything was gluten-free and Celiac-safe and that was their “special niche.” Do not skip the apple donuts dessert! I am trying to figure out when I can next go to Denver almost entirely to eat here again!
