Review of Acova

Absolutely incredible! They exclusively have GF fryers, so anything fried is gluten-free. They also have a filter online where you can select your allergy, and toggle on “Yes” to having an issue with cross-contamination, and there were VERY few things I couldn’t have! And everything was SO GOOD. I only wish we lived in Denver, I’d eat here all the time. Staff was also phenomenal! Oh, and every dessert except bread pudding is GF.
