We had a company event here - we cooked our own dinner (team building!) - and I was concerned about both the menu and cross-contact risks.
I met with the kitchen manager when I arrived, and we went over the menu to figure out what modifications I’d need for my dinner. I picked a role where I made my own entree and kept an eye on my colleagues making the other dishes I’d eat to make sure no wooden spoons came out. The manager confirmed they run everything through the dishwasher, and there are several dishes that are GF (do not contain gluten) including a dessert that they made just for me. It’s definitely not a GF kitchen but the folks I worked with did understand my concerns and I felt safe eating what we cooked.
Some of my coworkers had other allergies / restrictions and they seemed to be happy with how Action Kitchen handled their needs too.
