Forgot to mention gluten allergy when ordering and my kid got ice cream in a waffle cone. After my kid has his ice cream I realized the cone might not be gf. Asked if it was and person said “I don’t know’. Waited for a response for a few minutes and never got one. Person seemed rather indifferent that my kid may be eating something that is going to make him miserably sick. Finally told my kid to throw it out and got back in line. Mentioned gluten allergy and ordered ice cream in a cup. They then took care but same cashier still giving off the indifference attitude. Was rather off putting.

They are VERY careful with allergies. They scoop allergy orders from separate ice cream tubs than the rest of the orders and mark all allergy orders with a sticker and even tell you that if your order is not marked, then ask for another.

This is my favorite place to get ice cream. Everything is made in house
