What an amazing experience! Went with a large group and was worried I wouldn't be able to eat off the tasting menu. Boy was I wrong! This restaurant catered so wonderfully to celiacs. I received my own GF rolls, cookies, dessert. They knew how to change the tasting menu options to make them gluten free. This is a definite must eat place while in Rome. Select the tasting menu and you will receive a 7 course meal with the option of accompany wine with 3 of the courses as well as lemonchello at the end. This was by far my favorite experience while in Rome.
